Step-by-Step Intermediary Service
From initial product presentation to clear supplier quotations and order coordination, we manage every step with commercial transparency.
1. Product Presentation
We display selected garments using descriptions, images and specifications provided or approved by the relevant supplier.
2. Buyer Requirements
The buyer submits an enquiry stating the required products, quantities, sizes, colours and delivery destination.
3. Supplier Confirmation
We contact the relevant supplier to check availability, specifications, pack quantities, minimum orders and estimated lead times.
4. Commercial Quotation
Where the request can be fulfilled, a written quotation is prepared using the confirmed information. It will identify:
- The products and quantities
- The applicable prices
- Whether VAT is included or excluded
- Delivery charges and arrangements
- Estimated dispatch or delivery times
- Payment requirements
- The party responsible for supplying the goods
- Relevant cancellation or return conditions
- The validity period of the quotation
5. Order Confirmation
The buyer reviews and accepts the quotation. Payment must only be made using the account details shown on an authorised invoice or order confirmation.
6. Supplier Coordination
We coordinate the accepted order with the supplier and provide relevant progress information to the buyer.
Our Revenue
We earn a supplier-paid commission or a margin included within the buyer’s quoted price. The commercial structure may differ between suppliers, but the contracting arrangements will be identified before an order is confirmed.
